Submitting an enquiry or requesting a private advisory call does not create a binding contract. It is the start of a conversation. We will review your request and respond directly to discuss what is possible, including timing, availability, and scope.

Consultations are free, no-obligation conversations. Any itinerary, quotation, or proposal we provide remains subject to confirmation, availability, and your final approval.

4. Pricing and Payments

Because every journey is tailored, prices are provided on request after we understand your travel dates, party size, interests, and preferences. A detailed proposal will set out what is included, what is excluded, and any payment schedule.

We are not responsible for changes in third-party prices, availability, or government taxes that occur before a booking is confirmed and paid for.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on the specific services reserved and the policies of the hotels, guides, transportation providers, and other partners involved. These terms will be clearly communicated in your proposal before you confirm.

We will do our best to accommodate changes requested after confirmation, but we cannot guarantee that changes or refunds will be possible where third-party supplier terms do not allow them.
